The Warped tour is all punk bands. Aside from Joan Jett, there is no one on that tour that you would need a backstage pass to meet. Just wait until the individual bands come around to your area and go down to the little local venue they're playing at. You can meet them, drink a beer with them, whatever. These aren't rock stars, these are just punks.
