When you are making a left or right turn, use your blinkers, they weren't installed for nothing, if they don't work get them repaired, if you don't know where your blinkers are check your manual, how is someone supposed to know which way you're turning with out getting into an accident.
I think this should be strongly enforced by the Motor Vechile Departments, and the State, I also think tickets should be handed out, maybe there would be less road rage on the roads.

Lane-changing laws aren't enforced strictly here in the United States because there is a popular culture myth that speeding is the ultimate sin. As a result we have more accidents than on the Autobahn, which has no speed limit. What we need is for police officers to spend less time on the side of the road with radar guns and more time paying attention to how people drive.

It is very upsetting when other drivers don't use their blinkers. Am I supposed to have a magic glass ball and read their minds? Very inconsiderate drivers.

It is annoying when people don't use them...but sometimes I don't use them either, like when I'm in a left or right turn only lane for example...then I don't bother because it should be pretty obvious where I'm going.
