It seems like a rubber streak from the blades, but I have tried a lot of things to get it off. I tried using my finger nails, but the streak is smooth. I am wondering if anyone knows what I can use to get that streak off my windshield. Thanks.

Use a brand new single edge razor blade and some glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner on and scrape at a 45 degree angle. If that doesn't remove it it's a scratch.
