I just got a new ipod nano, and i plugged it into my computer. All of a sudden I have 290 songs and i dont want about 75% of them. How do i delete the ones i dont want?

go to edit, preferences, and choose manually update ipod (you ipod must be plugged into the computer). from here, you can delete songs on your ipod without deleting the songs from your itunes playlist

Just right click and delete them. Then the next time you plug in your ipod, it will update it and the songs wont be there!!

Just right click on them and there's gonna be an option to delete them.

right click each song and choose delete.

go into iTunes and clear them from your library by right clicking on the song and hitting clear.

in iTunes, just uncheck the ones you don't want to be transferred into your iPod
