If you mean physically then yes the mind is a different story. We all look at other people and automatically consider whether or not they are good looking or sexy for example after all Jude Law or Leonardo Di Caprio don't fill cinemas with their acting ability.
People can stay faithfull if they are satisfied at home and in a good relationship, the grass isn't always greener on the other side but it takes a certain amount of realism and maturity to realise that

Most likely, You are asking this because YOU or someone you know who is close to you has been hurt by a cheater.
Can anyone really stay Faithful? It seems, that in these times, it would be easy to say NO. However, if you meet or come along someone like me. You will meet a man, who is yes attracted to many females or my wife, whom yes, is attracted to other men.
Now, BEFORE your mind starts judging or you WANDER OFF, listen. God has created us to be attracted to other human beings....but it ends there. I can say "oh thats a pretty lady". My wife can say "thats a nice looking man" but thats it. It stops there!Your probably thinking "there both probably ugly as dirt", actually my wife does nails, tans regularly and works out with me 5-6 days a week. So listen up.
It does not need to go on. we can just be HUMAN BEINGS. THERE are faithful people, men and women. So to answer your question. I have never cheated, nor do I intend to. As a matter of fact, I am careful. I don't allow myself to be in compromising situations with members of the opposite sex.
So can anyone really be faithful. Absolutely.
Now, let me ask you? Who are YOU hanging out with? Who are your friends?
Show me who you spend most of your time with....and I'll tell you who you are.
Remember, There are FAITHFUL people and don't forget, "FAITHFUL" means "full of faith".

Well, after 26 years of marriage and two wives and three children I can honestly say that I have never cheated on a gf or wife. I wish I could say the same thing for them. It is not much but I am proud of it and if I were to marry again, yeah, I probably would still. It is a satisfaction and after two ex wives that cheated on me I still have the 100% committment but it will be really difficult to get me to the alter again. But who knows, if my life mate happens by I might be a good catch.

HI I believe you can. if you are with some one you love why not.they say the grass is always greener on the other side. but don't jump the fence to quickly as once you have there no going back. to many couples part these days because they think they see someone they like more.when you fall in-love with the wright person you don't look anymore.well i never have. may be I'm lucky. no i know I'm lucky. Yes. Of course. Being faithful in a relationship is defined by the parameters of acceptable behaviour that you and your partner have discussed. Plenty of relationships/marriages go all the way for precisely that reason.

Yes if they really do love the one they are with yes yes but some just be unfaithful because they feel like it and feel that they suppose to be unfaithful to feel like a man or for dumb reasons like the woman or man they are with will take it and never leave them so they feel it's ok BUT THE TRUTH IS YES THEY CAN BE IF THEY WANT TO!
