Anything that can make a mecanic wave (a traveling variation of pressure) in a medium (air or water or else) will produce a sound. We hear sounds because mecanic waves displace our ear drum which convert this displacement as sound.

There would be a sound as long as there is a substance through which the sound waves travel . However, in the voids of space and vacumns, no, there would be no sound.

I think so, but if we heard every single tiny noise, it would be migrain city! Blind people are probably the most likely to hear them, but probably even they couldn't hear dust.

Nothing directly makes sound. Instead, they produce vibrations which when entering our ears are translated to what we percieve to be sounds.

anything to make sound should have enough energy to disturb the surrounding area.if it can make the disturbance then it wont make any sound.
molecules clashing wont make sound as far as i can think.
