Why does my stomachache after a heavy night of drinking?

Seriously I sometimes get runs after a really heavy night of drinking. I'm thinking that my stomach lining may be messed up. Opinions anyone?

Um alcohol is really hard on the stomach especially if you are drinking heavy alcohol. Stop drinking so much!!

lol i get the runs too after hitting the bottles hard. i guess it is hard on your stomach and intestines as you are trying to get rid of the poison.
