I'm happy when I say I'm happy. Why rely on outside circumstances to feel good when I can be happy whenever I want?

My definition of happiness is: Jennifer Lynn ( my wife ) & Patrick Carter ( my son )!!
I am very happy...but no one can be happy all the time...I get sad every now and then...but right now...I'm happy!!

Happiness comes from circumstances around you. Joy comes from the inside, from your spirit, and you can have joy even when you aren't happy.
I'm not exactly happy right now, but I have lots of joy!

Happiness is a feeling a person gets when he's content with all of the surrounding, or is extremely content with one situation, what malkes him forget about everything else.
I am an absolute optimist, so you'll find me sad very seldom!

joy , an unconditional form of happiness is a feeling of peace of mind inspite of life's storms.....a faith that the worst that can happen is not dying, but having eternal death and knowing the peace of not having to worry about that....yes, I am happy/joyful
