I can't believe this is even a question! It just reinforces the fact that the Bush administration has successfully confused Americans into believing Saddam had something to do with 9/11.

Anyone who thinks Saddam has something to do with 9/11 is very foolish.

Neither.. it is Bush who is repsonsible. And his father before him for letting relations get the way they are. Osama is 100 percent responsible for the planning of Al Quida to pull off such an attack, but the american government was warned and they knew about the plans to hijack planes and did NOTHING about it.
