I would like to conitnue a career in either criminal profiling, forensic psychology, or something of that nature, and am not sure what schools are really good for that. any opinions, thoughts or experiences would be great!!

I don't know from experience, but I would suggest that you look into schools with good graduate programs in those areas; if you go to a school for a BA/BS and build rapport with faculty, you stand a better chance at getting into their grad programs (which is likely what you'll need to do in psychology anyway).

The top criminology programs are at the U of Maryland, SUNY-Albany, and U of Cincinnati, so you might look into those. The best psych programs are at Stanford, UC-Berkeley, and U of Michigan, so those are also good options. Check out the US News link and do some exploring!

They have a big criminal justice program at Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas. If they don't have what you are looking for, I bet one of their faculty members could steer you where you need to go.
