There are a lot of stuff out there on the web claiming to help such as fertilaid, fertility blend, ovulex and I'm sure dozen other. If they work I really don't know. Have you been trying with the same sexual partner for the past three years or different partners. I would take an ovulation predictor test to make sure you were ovulating. Most of all see a fertility doctor. If it has been the same partner then get him checked out too.

It's difficult to say exactly how long it will take any one individual or couple to get pregnant. Factors such as your age, general and reproductive health, and when you have intercourse all impact your chances of conceiving a child

However, these general statistics may give you an idea of how long it will take. Normally fertile couples have a 25 percent chance of getting pregnant each cycle, and a cumulative pregnancy rate of 75 to 85 percent over the course of one year. Still, some healthy couples can take even longer to get pregnant

And you can try to increase your likelihood of getting pregnant sooner by learning to pinpoint exactly when you ovulate, and by familiarizing yourself with the cyclic hormonal and physical changes that take place in your body each month.

I have included some links for you so you can do some reading and research on your body. OVULATION IS THE KEY TO GETTING PREGNANT! Remember that. These are the steps you need to take...
1.) Make an appt. with an OBGYN. He or She needs to give you a complete exam and make sure you are having regular periods, that your tubes are unblocked, and that you donot have anything else that may cause you to not get Pregnant ie...sexually transmitted diseases, PCOS, ect...
2.) You need to make sure that you are ovulating. Belive it or not, some women, do not ovulate. And as I said, Ovulation is the KEY to getting pregnant. To do this, you should buy a Basal Themometor (you can buy at almost any store where they sell regular themometors.) and start taking your temps EVERY MORNING BEFORE you get out of bed. to read more about this, check out this website for what they have to say about it.. http://www.mamasark.com/bbt.htm.........
3.) you also need to learn to check your Cervix Position AND your Cervial Mucus everyday. To learn more about this check out these websites... http://www.webwomb.com/check_cervical_po...
and
http://www.webwomb.com/cervical_mucus_pa...
4.) Once you have got this all down you need a place to chart them all so that you can keep track of what your body is doing and when you ovulate. www.fertilityfriend.com is the best place to do this. It is a free site and it allows you to chart your temperature, your cervial mucus and position and helps detrmine when you ovulate.

*********OF COURSE YOU CAN ALWAYS JUST DO IT THE OLD FASHIONED WAY AND HAVE ALOT OF SEX AND HOPE FOR THE BEST! LOL But for your best chances, these are the steps you need to take!!*************

~~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~PLEASE REMEMBER!!!! Even a 100% healthy couple only has a 40% chance of conciving each month, so dont get discouraged if it doesnt happen right away, even if you do all the things above. Just have fun with it, and do not make sex a chore or a job, just relax and enjoy eachother, and when the time is right, you will get Pregnant!
Good luck to you and TONS OF BABY DUST YOUR WAY!!!!! *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~...

Have you tried using Natural Family Planning to conceive? It's sort of looked down on by a lot of medical doctors, but it can be quite effective if used correctly. If you're interested you can find classes by visiting www.ccli.org and doing a search for your area. A couple here in our town tried to conceive for five years and never could. They found out about NFP and took the class, and conceived successfully after only three cycles. It's a cheap alternative to medication and if it doesn't work you can always try another option.

Maybe its because you haven't captured the moment just right.
A candle light dinner with love in the eyes of your mate. The sweet sounds of his whisper and gentle touch. His honor and his love towards you is so important that when a woman is loved like she is suppoosed to be loved and romance begins the body will open up sending neuro transmitters to the brain and the female body reacts and trembles. She reaches a height of excitement that leaves her breathless. No stress nor worries no pain...you're in heaven and when that occurs, and you hit your ovulation just right...BAM, those body buidling sperms drill deep doing the back stroke and get to the egg first leaving the rest of the guys behind him. When he reaches the egg he comes back hollering at the rest of the guys with his hands up ..go back go back it's a Blow J.
Just a joke...try it out...and see what happens True love is a mystery of science when it comes to how a woman will conceive properly without any stress involved.

You might want to ask your dr. about clomid. Clomid is a drug that stimulates ovulation. Usually it is given to people who are not having a period, which means they are not ovulating, but in some cases dr's give it to patients who are having trouble concieving. Don't take the stupid advice, "when you stop trying you'll get pregnant" That is so impossibe. How can you forget about something you want so bad? Go to a good o.b. who specializes in inftertility. It may even be your partner. Have him get a sperm count.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Prayer works. Also fostering is an option, an easier avenue to adopt is by fostering. The scientific answer would be to have a check up with your doctor, and eventually seek fertility treatment.

There are pills called ovulex that help you get pregnant. People give their testimonies on taking it. The site is www.ovulex.com. I think it's worth a shot! Plus, don't try so hard because it can make it harder to conceive. Relax and God will give it to you one way or another.

Sometimes couples try too hard, and it lowers the man's sperm count.... Try taking your temperature to see when your ovulating and do it (sex) only during that time.... then restrain from sex when your not ovulating, it builds up his sperm count... then if it doesn't happen both of you go and get tested.... Plus the stress of trying and wanting it so bad can go against you..... Just relax and try it, what do you have to lose..... Good Luck......
