usually 20-25 C is defined as room temperature(standard).
if u keep an ac and decrease or increase it some temp and say that u are at room temp is not good right.every room may be or may not be at same temp depending on its position wrt sun,ventilation etc.

good point sounds correct to me. Average room temp is 68 degrees.

yes, but room temperature doesn't mean what you think in science. normally it means 25ºC.
