its not something ive heard of b4
i would advise getting the following programs
1) adaware from lavasoft.com
2) windows defender from microsoft.com
3) spybot s&d google for that
this will remove any spyware on the pc

www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware install this and you should be right one you run a scan also microsoft has online virus scan and trenmicro not bad

Since you said it pops up all the time make sure that the pop up blocker on you net server is on.
