No one prove it was really him. So how could you blame someone doing something before the court prove it. It's illigal by the way.

He said he did it. Duh! And more than that the terrorists captured that couldn't make it with the rest were linked to Bin Laden.

And, since Bin Laden isn't an American citizen (Thank goodness!) he isn't entitled to the right layed out in the constitution.

Aside from the facts he and his group claimed responsibility, gosh I don't know. It is certainly NOT "illigal" to suspect someone before a court "prove" it. Also, al-Qaeda claimed responsibility for the USS Cole, the embassies in Africa, and the beat goes on.

They had a documentary on a major news channel, and they showed the history of Bin Laden. Some of the American leaders today are smart, so I think they know what they are doing.

He was bragging about it! Weren't you watching the news??? And as far as being innocent until proven guilty - he's not an American citizen, therefore, he has no protection under the Constitution.

Be glad I'm not running things...his head would wind up on a stake in the middle of Times Square.

Illegal? In what way? Slanderous? Bin Laden is a terrorist (by his own admission) and is not immune from such blame, particularly since he has willingly taken on the blame for the attacks.

Some do think it, some don't. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, wether he did it or not (I'm pretty sure he said himself he did do it)

People can blame anyone they want for anything they want. This is America and we have that right. That doesn't mean he did or didn't, but we can think whatever we want.

It is not illegal, by the way. To stick him in prison for that specific crime without proof, or allowing defense would be illegal, but blaming him for it is not.

It WAS him.

Problem solved.

And innocent until proven guilty is only effective when you are in fact, in the United States, which I may add is the most awesome freakin country ever.
