It happens when I lie down for a while as well. When I get up, I'm really dizzy. I checked my blood pressure and it's fine. Any suggestions?

it usually happens if you over sleep or you are lacking something in yoour blood ask ur doctor to take a blood test

headrush. when you lie down, your blood is distributed differently than when you stand up. there is more blood in your head when you are lying down, so when you stand, the blood rushes out of your head and you feel lightheaded.

Maybe low blood sugar?? You may need to eat something.

It is more then likely a Health problem. No one on here can answer why you are doing this. See your doctor if it continues.

first get up closley and keep ur eyes close... so the blood in ur head starts to slow dont and cerculte it helps me

it probably have to do with your sugar it happens to me all the time i just eat something sweet it is important to get it under control.

Sometimes it can be from dehydration. Drink more water.
