it could be your baby's dropping, settling down. Or it could be your ligament stretching out. Especially when you're sitting down, the round ligament between your hip and thigh are not in stretc condition but when you stand up, you have more space between your hip and thigh and your ligament has to stretch.
It might hurt a bit and make you uncomfortable.

Perfectly normal - baby is getting into place, ready to be born. Don't worry, this could take weeks - my daughter-in-law just had a beautiful baby girl and she had the pressure for about 4 weeks -- which sounds about perfect for your 35 wks. ANY pain or blood and you should go immediately to your doctor.

First of all, it is probably you're baby dropping. I noticed this happened 2 weeks before I delivered so you may have an early baby. Nothing can really help except try to stay off of your feet because it can bring on labor.

I'd call the Dr. just to be safe. With my 2nd son, i was having such bad pains in my shoulders for days, well I thought, I am not going to call my Dr. over shoulder pains this has nothing to do with my baby. Well when I finally broke down and called my Dr. he sent me straight to the er and I was in labor. My water had been leaking for over a week and that whole time I thought I was just peeing on myself from time to time and that I wasn't going to call the Dr. just for him to tell me to go and potty. So you see, somethings that you think are nothing can be something. GOOD LUCK~!

no, i wouldn't call your doctor. im 35 weeks too, but with having a child before, it's just the baby's head dropping. your body is just getting ready to have this baby.

It's probably the baby descending and getting ready for the birth. Although I don't quite understand your question.
