I hang up fly paper. and I bought a venus fly trap.
I keep a clean house , and if I threw all the fruit away, what would we have for healthy snacks?
I also use herbal spray, I think black flagg or something like that has a fly spray made from plants that is safe to use in the house.

The biggest thing is to find out what they're using to breed and get rid of it. This could be something in the garbage, or (if you have young children) maybe a piece of fruit that was dropped somewhere in the house. Look for where the highest concentration of flies is, and search the area.
After you've gotten rid of the source, you can usually get rid of the remaining flies by mashing up a banana or some other piece of fruit and leaving it out in a plastic bag. When the flies have gone into the bag, close it and throw it away.
Another method would be to fill a jar with fruit juice or vinegar, and put on a top that has holes punched in it. The flies fly in and you can tap the sides of the jar to knock them into the liquid, where they drown.
If these don't work, then I have no idea how to help you. Remember, though, that the most important part is making sure they stop breeding. After that, it's much easier.

Build a trap from a 20 oz soft drink bottle; kind of like a lobster trap but with a little paper cone that allows the flies into the bottle easily but not so easily out. Bait the trap with beer or a mix of water and yeast. Pop it in the freezer when it gets full.

Here's what You do: get a piece of fruit that You will be throwing out and cut it to where the flies will be attracted to it; then, put it in the sink. When the flies swarm to it, catch 'em off guard and cut the water on and flush them boogers down the drain!!!

there nasty little flies ..... try taking garbage out side and keep fruit in the fridge...keep counters clean.... thats the best i can come up with ..... good luck!!! :)

Put a little bowl of viniger near the area and they will go to it and drown.
