what did you do to the poor animal they are acting like that because they got the taste of rabbit blood in there sistem and they won't more and they won't stop the solution in not to put the animal down it is to find the answer. first off if the rabbit is in there territory, in the fence, let them have it if the rabbit is that stupid. if they are digging put red pepperin the ground and let them have a wiff of that once they stir that dirt up the pepper will burn, but also some dogs don't seem to mind it though. the rabbits, trick the dog kill a rabbit load it with red pepper and, don't skin the rabbit though let them think it is alive, use your imagination but once they bit into it there mouth will start burning
use some other powder that is hot but don't torture the dog
you might have to do it over and over again because some dogs have a short attention span

you should build a stronger fence, like a wooden one and train the dogs not to go after the rabbits. Rabbits make a great game for them, so give them something else to do while outside

and please do no listen to all the idiots that say to kill your dogs because they are pitbulls...they are just stupid people who should not be allowed to answer animal questions

Obedience training would help this situation and you're going to have to find some way to make sure if these are your pet rabbits that your pits can't get to them. And unfortunately dogs don't always eat what they kill.

Get rid of the pitbull unless you enjoy rabbits corpses all over the place. They're cool until the rip apart a little kid walking in the street. Even trained pitbulls can revert to their killer instincts as you're witnessing first hand.

get a nice intellegent german shepard.

This is there natural instint to chew and hunt for prey. Please be careful of these dogs around small children and other animals. You may need to get a larger cage for them. If they keep killing things they will only get more aggressive and may hurt someone. Talk to a vet to tell you what is best for your dogs.

Shoot the dog. If a dog every wanders on our property they will get the lead treatment ( shot ) My children and other animals are more important to me than someones dog that they cant control so it will be shot, no questions asked

Awww, poor rabbits! Are they your dogs or the neighbors? If they're yours, how about obedience school. If they are the neighbors dogs, report them!
