the matter is that the marks of my bachelor degree in engineering was not so good and i'm not from canada,do u know any way in this situation for foreign students who dont have good marks from their bachelor degree?
i know some of those universities to apply for some of the universities there but i donno if they accept me or not.

or is there any way to take a precourse to get prepared for its MS when i get there?
actually i'm looking to get a student visa.

any guides experiences or informations about it??

For starters contact vancouveruniversity.ca ... explain to them your situation and see what advice and/or options they offer. There may be a minimum GPA requirement for their MS in Engineering (assuming they offer it). If they don't offer that program ask who does. I've checked their web site and they didn't have a link to graduate programs ... perhaps it's under a different link.
