I use Yahoo and have the Yahoo Toolbar. I have a button for "Reference." By clicking the down arrow, you can access a dictionary, thesaurus, etc. For medical I use www.webmd.com.

hey , wat i do is , that i select a word n double click it, it will change the color then right click , various options will appear there, and it will show yahoo dictionary, just click on that u will find the detailed meaning
