If it is corruption, this is everywhere in the world. If this is terrorism, no country is left behind now. If this is politics, no country can survive without it. THEN WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE REASON BEHIND INDIA NOT BEING THE SUPER POWER TILL DATE?
