Try telling yourself that it is only ' A Situation' not 'The Situation' and that, and although you don't have control over it, you do have control over your reactions. Try to relax and use the time needed to hang on to do something positve. Tell yourself that no situation mean the end of the world and that ending (Relationship/job whatever) means a new beginning to come. Life is not static, nor are situations. You say situations where you can't change anything but you can! No matter how bad the situation is, you can plan what to do. For instance 'OK things will go my way and then i can do this and that' or else 'Should things not work out as i would like them to what are my options/possibilities/capabilities'. Try to remain unbiased and you'll surprise yourself! You'll realise that you have far more skills than you thought and one of those being ... The power to know that no matter how impossible a situation is ... You can cope and still function whereas so many people give up. This means you have staying power, you are resilient and brave. So you see! No need to bite your nails! Instead give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done! You've worked at your self-belief and it's growing.
Best wishes

There don't seem to be any. The recommendations within the Bible are constant and static. Whatever well they are going to have performed ago are unacceptable recommendations and behaviors for a sane man or woman within the present day time. It was once the Greeks who had been conscious of the Chaotic forces within the Universe and the truth that difference is the ONLY consistent. Not even the gods can withstand difference. That's why the barbaric jealous tribal warlord and god Jehovah would were a step up from a few god like Moloch, however by means of present day specifications is of a decidedly inferior kind. You would as good worship Adolf Hitler as a bloodthirsty maniac like Adolf Hitler. And the sexual attitudes within the Bible don't mirror the sexual attitudes of God however alternatively mirror the customs of the old Middle East, esp. warlike xenophobic patriarchal barbarian nomads. Do you desire your lifestyles dominated by means of old nomadic considering, wherein ladies exist handiest to reproduce extra warriors for the tribe, whose God is high-quality who kills probably the most enemies of the tribe? If so, simply comply with the Bible. Is the NT any higher than the OT? No, it's FAR worse. We pass from the rituals and practices of old nomads to the delusions of madmen and practices of deviants and idiots who're up to now eliminated from truth that their recommendations are valued at not more than a lunatic babbling within the State Mental Hospital.

I know it takes awhile to see this but someday you will learn that there is NO situation that you can not change something about.
Even if it is the way you are handling it that is something.
You have to be proactive and try and make a difference somehow. It might not be a big difference but it is something and one person does count! Every little bit does make a difference.
Now if have used all your resources and it is still something beyond your control. First of all you will feel better because you have done all you can. But also you need to do things to get your mind off it. Stressing over it just makes it worse.

There are very few things that you cannot change or at least impact. It really does depend on the situation. If it is a thing that you feel you can't change and it is causing you stress, the best thing to do may be to get away from it. E-mail me with more if you'd like..

You've got to count on yourself and the people closest to you for support. Let them know what's going on and that you'd like for them to understand that you're trying to make it through a tough situation right now. The love and understanding of others, in my opinion, is what helps us get through lifes' tough situations.
Try doing activites to keep your mind off of things for at least a couple of hours a day. Go to the gym, go shopping, out to dinner and drinks with some friends, anything that helps you keep your mind occupied.
Good luck :)

Sometimes I have to accept a situation that I can not change, and go on from there. It's never easy. The one thing you can always change though is the way you look at things.

Depends on what your situation is.
I'd say just hang in there. Hold your head up high and try not stress over whatever it is that you can't change. Good luck, you have my best wishes!

You cant stress about things to wait to change. There can be years before something like that to happen. You just have to wait.

Take it one day at a time and don't keep yourself busy with that question... Keep yourself busy in other ways of life like doing something you love to do... go shopping or go out with some friends... never dwell it only makes you hard to be around.....
