Lets see, they voted for a coke snorting, alcoholic, because of morals. Pretty dumb if you ask me. By the way he wasn't reelected as he was never elected in the first place, he was America's first appointed by court president.

When you come to think about it, not only stupidity but fear had a lot to do with it. People were just plain scared to death of another terrorist attack. For the first time Americans had to come to terms with the fact that they were not the world's favorite country. The American government and their foreign policy has earned the entire nation many enemies and a lot of resentment. After 9/11 paranoia reigned supreme, attacking the symbols of financial and military power, by people who were already in the country and that even having been targeted previously by the FBI, were not stopped in time because of endless red tape and major negligence, really makes you wonder if you are safe anymore. Fear was what Mr. Bush needed to get a second term. Fear was there, so he won, as simple as that.

I voted to re-elect Bush. But only because Senator Kerry is anti-military and pretty much told the entire Marine Corps that all the work they've done in Iraq and Afghanistan was worth nothing.

I have never understood the mentality of the people that voted for Bush. I know the religious people also consider him to be a man of God and a kindred spirit. How wrong they are.
I know many republicans thought he would be fiscally responsible - that turned out not to be true.
The ones that voted for elite few to manage the country are the only one that really got what they wanted.
Surely no one anywhere anytime ever thought he had any sort of intelligence at all.

Calling the majority of Americans stupid....what a great idea. The people who's intellect should be in question, are people who disagree with Bush merely because Jon Stewart says to do so...

Don't even get me started! They aren't as stupid as Bush... they are STUPIDER! The only thing I give Bush credit for is getting away with all his lies and scams! I'm just glad that there are a few others out there who know it! And that he only has a few more years! I hope we can make it that long!

I like how most of the responses from the aclaimed Democrats, just call republicans stupid and have no facts to support. I agree wiht one poster... WE have NOT been attacked on american soil since 9-11, If we are not willing to send out our troops then why do we have a military?

Here's the thing. As much as I don't like the president it is the joy of a democracy that people can vote for whoever they want for what ever reasons they want. At least this time he actually won the election.

Very, lol. My dad voted for him to be re-elected, and now he regrets it, and he usually is not like that. I told him not to vote for him.. but hey, sometimes parents just don't understand. I think Kerry was too realistic for most people, but that's what this country needs, a dose of reality.
