Nope sorry... you'll just have to cross your fingers and wish upon a falling star like the rest of us.

Twins are becoming more common, through IVF and women who are leaving it later to have children... twins are generally born to older mothers or to mothers that have a history of twins in their family.

Even if you were lucky enough to conceive twins, there are no guarantees that they would be boys.

Treat every child as a blessing and don't get hung up on the sex of your children, there are many people out there that can't have children and would be overjoyed with any baby.

the only way to do it is to get your eggs extracted, fertilized with your husband's sperm invitro, and then get two male embryo's implanted after genetic testing has determined they are male.

i see others are suggesting infant adoption -- fine if you are prepared to be the temporary parent before the teen or adult adoptee returns to their real family. the blood-bond is usually stronger than any other bond. it is NOT the same as having a child of your own. adoption agencies won't tell you that they're selling you a temporary dream. infant adoption is a 20th century social experiment and the experiment is failing dismally. adoptees are angry, searching, reuniting, and taking back their original identities. even getting "re-adopted" back. and most mothers who were lost babies to infant adoption (99% of the time they felt forced to do it!) want their children back! never wanted to lose them to begin with. and adoption agencies specialize in using coercion, fraud, and outright lies to get babies -- after all, they get paid $10,000 to $70,000 per baby by desperate couples!

there is "snowflake adoption" of embryo's, but this again has risks of the adoptees having horrible identity problems later on like other adoptees do. although if you keep an open relationship with the genetic parents then at least your child can get answers from them and get to know them, where their traits come from, and meet any genetic siblings that might exist.

so definitely have your own babies. don't "beg, borrow, or steal" another mother's.

You can go to a fertility doctor, inject yourself with drugs, he/she will then retrieve your eggs, your husbands boy sperm will be put into a your eggs. After 3 days they will be implanted into your uterus.

I am also the mother of 2 girls, and a Family Practice Physician be thankful for what you have, you get what you get!

Otherwise try facing East when you do it, it worked for 3 of my cousins.
