Anywhere but the Keys. End of July is Mini-Lobster Season and all the hotels are booked and there are a ridiculous amount of people there.

Obviously, there all the parks around Orlando, as well as Tampa, but if you are looking for something different, I would try the Florida Keys. The Keys are less crowded in summer than in winter, and there is a lot to do in terms of snorkeling, wonderful beaches, fishing and resort style things. Most of the resort attractions are around Marathon, which is similar to many seaside resorts, and Key West. Key West is literally a Caribbean island you can drive to! It has its own unique charm and character, and has lots to do.
It is also possible to hit the Everglades as they are right at the north point of the Keys, where they come back to the mainland.

Disney is fun for adults and kids so 17 and 19 would enjoy it. But they'll probably prefer the beach and the opposite sex. Sarasota/Manatee County beaches are awesome.

Go to discovery cove. it is great.
You can snorcle in salt water with the fishes and you can even see sharks. or you can just go swimming in the wave pool. They have sting rays you can walk through and touch. it pretty neat if your kids are into the under sea world
