swimming. surfing seems like an invitation to get eaten by a shark.

I like surfing better. There is something about the ocean that a swimming pool just does not have. Surfing is also a great form of excercise. Swimming does not have the mental challenge that surfing does; as when you are surfing you constanly have to be aware of what is going on and work with the ocean. Swimming does not present this challenge.

Surfing is most interesting but since I don't know how to surf I would like swimming better than surfing

i like the idea of surfing, but i half drown myself when i try so i'd have to say swimming
