kneel on the ground. WITHOUT touching the ground, can you touch the ground with your forehead AND THEN move back up a kneeling position, WITHOUT FALLING OVER?
If a man can do this... he's highly unusual.

The centre of gravity is the exact centre of a body mass both vertically and also horizontally in all directions AT that height assuming that a body is a uniform composition.
The human body is not a uniform composition because of density of bone vs. flesh.
Variations also occur where body shape is HUGE, i.e. huge butts. A woman with a HUGE rear end and big thighs is much more likely to have a LOW centre of gravity than a tall man with a HUGE chest.
