No. In the mid-1980s he was in an ultralight crash and was incapacitated for many months, and he presumably has some long-term issues related to that, but so far as I know he's had no permanent mobility issues.

I don't think so. He had a mental meltdown in the 90's & retired after writing Bloom County for years. Outland is a cheap imitation - he should've stayed retired.
