it will creat any problem , actually i dont know the exact word for it ,my nuts ,it doesnt pain ,but bit swollen.plz help me wat to do

You most likely have a hydrocele,
only a doctor can tell you for sure.

You say "a bit swollen" and not painful. Most men have one testicle larger than the other. Or, at least I do.
If pain occurs, see a doctor.

did you get hit? if you did you should really go to the ER. my guy got hit with a football and if the swelling didnt go down in time they were going to take good old righty. you always hear of the guy with one nut-thats how it happens...if the swelling blocks a certain vein..its very normal to remove it

If your lucky it is blue balls, but any time something is wrong down there , do not ask here get to a DOCTOR right away, you do not want to lose it or them , do you?
