Pick or shave them off, then stop washing your towels with things that are loosely woven or another color.

This might sound really stupid - but - try washing and drying them with velcro rollers. The velcro attracts the lint that attaches to your towels, be careful not to overheat.

There are great little gadgets called Dryer Balls...Basically just little balls covered with the sticky side of velcro..




or

Buy a Fuzz Buster....a little battery operated shaver for clothes.

Take a long length of tape and wrap it around your hand with the sticky side out. Then use it to pull them off. Works for me.

Just give them a good shake outside before hanging them to dry.
