its perfectly normal to have cramping while pregnant, I had period cramps still while I was pregnant, as long as you arent bleeding then everything is okay dont worry. If you feel something is wrong though you should see your doctor... even if its just to ease those fears...
take care and goodluck,
ps. if you start having cramps just lay down and take a rest and it might relieve them, you could be straining your body. Dont lift stuff that is heavy. That could also cause cramping and can hurt the baby and you

Depends on how far you are... If you are closer to your due date, they can be Braxton hicks Contractions. I get them frequently and they freak me out.. but i called the DR and everything is ok. So if you get to worried call and maybe they can see you to make sure you and the baby are ok... Good Luck

it is your body growing and the little one inside you stretching your skin, it is totally normal and they should only last a few seconds if it is more than that consult your physician.

because your uterus is stretching and so are your muscles and skin. also your organs are being moved. Talk to your dr if it's severe or if you start to bleed.
