I am happily married but I feel like I have to have guys flirting with me and drooling over me all the time. Don't get me wrong my husband gives me plenty of attention. We have a great relaitonship. I don't feel hes lacking in any way. I just feel like I need approval of other guys for some reason. ONLY SERIOUS RESPONSES PLEASE!

Low self-esteem and insecurity could be it. You probably feel you need to be validated by other men, and what your husband tells you isn't sufficient. Does he give you compliments? If not, maybe he needs to start. If he does, then you need to dig a little deeper why you have low self-esteem.

You may have low self esteem and this happening makes you feel better about yourself. You only need approval from your husband and if this is not enough for you then you need counseling and help to get past the insecurities that you have inside of you. You do not need approval from other guys or men you only need it from one man your husband. How does he feel about all of this. Have you told your husband how you feel?

Sometimes women and men need attention because it makes you feel good about yourself. This is regardless of the attention you recieve at home. It can give you a sense of contribution to society / family because you are giving others a reason to be happy...your looks. You make them happy by being pretty, or something.

sounds like you may have self esteem issues......you sound like you need the attention and approval of others you can't seem to give yoursellf.
seek help, doing so may prevent problems down the road.

Sometimes we need to know that we are attractive. Despite what we get from our husbands or wives, we feel like we have to prove it to ourselves that we are attractive.
