Sailor Moon was scanned and translated a long time ago by a group called Mixx which is now called Tokyopop. I don't have a favorite episode but I do have a favorite arc which is Sailormoon Super S.

The manga was published by tokyopop. You can buy the complete TV series on DVD now on Amazon.com.

Tokyopop published the manga but they don't make it anymore. :( I buy all my manga used on eBay now. And yeah, like the guy above said, you can buy all the DVDs on Amazon.com (and eBay too).
