Some companies donate them to schools, charitible organizations like Goodwill, and still others just put them out in the trash pile.

That Donate Them,
To Schools ~ And ~ Church's ~ And ~ Other.
After The Computer Is Riped Clean Of Course. ~!
Some Will Give To Employer For There Kids.

We smash them up and put them in the garbage. I normally do the smashing and let me tell you it feels good when you have a bad day. One of the only perks of being an IT Administrator.

Returns them to the lessor who typically sells them to third world countries or sells them on eBay.

i think they can pick some of the things from the system to renew them like the silicon chip and the hard disk....

We donate ours to churches in the area.

Be sure to reformat them first. You can never trust those church types! :)
