Check with your caregiver to make sure there are no special health care concerns to prevent you from traveling.,

Bring along light snacks and juice,Walk around every 1hr and 1/2 to 2 hrs, to improve circulation and reduce swelling.

Take a small pillow and place it under your lower back to avoid back strain

Drink plenty of water—at least one liter for every two hours

I had to travel 2 months ago for 4 hours and I was 32 weeks pregnant. I needed a letter from my doctor that he approves. He suggested that I should wear those special socks for pregnant women and walk as much as I can in the plane. nothing happened to me and I believe that no thing's gonna happen to you either if the pregnancy goes well. have a nice journey and an easy birth.

Bring pillows to help you have a comfortable position. Don't forget to check with your doctor and bring his info aong - just in case.
Stop by at rest areas or any other places every 2 or 3 hours. Maybe stop by a small cafe to get ice cream.

I agree.... stopping to stretch out and take a pee break are essential. You'll also want to make sure to bring some healthy snacks for the ride. Enjoy your trip!

When I went on road trips I used pillows. One for my back, the other I laid over my tummy. I know how that sounds, but it helps especially if the roads are bumpy.
