VERY few people are content - they all want more - NEVER satisfied with what they have. Even some of those that can buy THE WORLD (figuratively speaking) want more. I think the most content person was my husbands grandfather. You never heard him want for anything. He had a simple car and a simple house that were both paid for. He lived in the same house for 60 years. He had the money to go buy anything he wanted, but was happy with what he had - his life, wife, and family.

Some people just need to experience what it's like to have nothing or very little. Many people are spoiled and will never know what it's like to actually live check to check, or even be broke the day after you get paid due to bills, rent and food, and have to wait another 2 weeks to get the next paycheck.
People take life and luxuries for granted. They don't realize that if materialistic objects disappear, they will still be here.

people do not have to work hard enuf for what they have , if they did they would not be complaining. Kids get everything, just so their parents dont have to listen to them, and then learn to just expect it from everyone around them. If people that complain had to actually work for what they have, they would not be complaining!!!

it's what they don't have that makes them keep on complaining.
when they have no one to turn to or listen to their problems.
so why not everyone extend a helping hand and reach out in solving the problems for them for the good of mankind on planet earth.

People who place happiness on "things" are never truly happy .
Dale Carnegie once said,"Happiness doesn't depend upon who you are or what you have; it depends solely upon what you think".
