What is the expiration date for it if anyone knows? Is it at least partially effective?Or it should be disposed of, because it will no longer work?

The info that I am finding states that it is only good for a period of 10 months; 12 on the outside.

It's over thirty years old. Who knows how it could have changed? If the lab analysis you are referring to is a test to see if it is in fact still codeine phosphate, that might be a worthwhile test. But don't use it with the assumption it is still what the label says it is.

Its effective if it still is Codeine phosphate, to test this carry out some of its characteristic tests.

depends what you're gonna use it for. it most likely is fine unless you're using it as a pain killer.
