I don't know if its just me but I'm constantly worrying about bad things? Something happening to a loved one or to me. Does anyone else feel this way I'd like to enjoy life without worrying in the back of my mind about something!

I worry alot. I worry about my love life, diet and health. I worry about my income and job security, about health care costs. I worry about some of the big problems in this old building that I take care of that no one else sees. I worry about my friends and some of thier problems.I worry about survival in city traffic. I worry about political issues and the direction that things are taking. I worry so much that I wear a cap all the time to hide the furrows in my forehead...(they make people worry about me...!!)
I go out once or twice a week, lighten-up and forget the whole mess. Progress is being made, so I'm not totally worried...lol

Im sorry that something bad has happened. People worry all the time. Thats just part of being human. I read some of the other answers posted and the one about the anxiety disorder, dont listen to him. Just try not to let what others say influence your opinions. I used to worry all the time about my parents. They got a divorce a long time ago and now all the sudden they are fighting for custody again. Eventually, I went to high school and made great friends that helped me through it. Its not like i dont care anymore, i just try not to let it interfere with my life. Maybe all you need is someone to talk to. Im here.

STOP! worrying it will give you wrinkles (and dont be worrying about wrinkles now), if you continue to do this you will attract negative vibes into your life, that will not do you any favours, why worry, be happy.
