i am trying to put athe comapny logo on the Certifiate the logo is saved as in JPEG format. Anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Publisher, you can't.
Search for GIMP,download it, and you can do a lot with it. It's GNU, and free.
I've had some trouble getting the help files to work, but using it is pretty intuitive.

Can't. You need to either make it a gif or png file in photoshop/illustrator
