That;s true: Portugal best place was 1966 (THIRD PLACE), from there on only did not qualify for the competition or it was first round only

yeah - not since 1966 Led by the legendary Eusebio. Alot of factors are contributing to this great run..1) Scolari - there's no under valuing how great a strategist this man is. By far the best Football coach on the planet.
2) Heart - Figo, Manichie, Deco, et all have exibited great heart throughout so far.
3)Grit - yes it was an ugly game with Holland - but Portugal demonstrated that they WILL win by any means necessary.

Portugal has a good coach..........however they have a great team of players..............Pauletta is my favourite, close to my heart, from my home town..............Go Pauletta!!!!!!!!
