A lot. My friends read The DaVinci Hoax. They said it's a must read. It clarified FACTUALLY the WRONG claims of the The DaVinci Code.

Why should I, it is a work of fiction. Although Dan Brown might have put some known facts in the book (e.g about the Mona Lisa painting ), but the whole plot and story came right from his imagination. I think Christians who feel threaten by the book don't have a solid faith. They are already insecure in their beliefs.
I'm a christian, and I enjoyed the book for what it is: a good mystery novel that brought the author a lot of money.

Honestly, I thought the Da Vinci code was a load of *******. The hype over that movie did not do it justice. Anyway, I did not research anything because I don't believe in any religion.

I've actually never been inspired to research history and factual information after reading a book of fiction.
Actually, once I was tempted to find out if the Lorax really was the speaker of the trees...
