A degree in nursing is not easy to obtain, although I believe it is a two-year degree. There is a demand for nurses anywhere you go, though, and they are pretty well paid.

Being a waiter? Janitor? But if you mean a real career, maybe being a nurse is in demand everywhere, but the nursing program is quite hard.

The medical firld. Nerses are going to be in a big demand , and get big sign on pay. They will be able to work any state they wish.
