Oh man...you just brought back a lot of memories with that question. I used to love those books when I was a kid!
Anyway, I read somewhere--I think it was Wikipedia--that a lot of them are out of print, so you'll have to do a bit of research to find the ones you want. However, I did find one or two on Amazon.com.

You can usually find old Infocom pick-a-path books on Ebay. Infocom created text adventure computer games mostly, but they also published about five books. Search for 'infocom' on Ebay.
