What are those books called that aren't really books? When you open them the inside is empty.

Do you mean the kind of hollow books that people hide jewels in? That sort of thing?

I think they're generally just called hollow books. You can either make your own by cannibalizing an old hardcover, or purchase one from a company that makes them.

I think they are just called hollow books if you go online you get easily find some. (I'm assuming you are asking the type of empty books where you can hide things inside of them.)

Or do you mean they are like a box to hide things in? I don't know what you call those. Secret hiding places, I guess.
