Hard to tell if this is a question or if you're just making noise about a bunch of fools running back and forth on a field kicking a ball around.
If it's a question, then the answer is 42.

Actually, the referee called the player "simulation." And there have been several times that the call has been made. I'm not watching the game, but the player should have been carded for it as well.
