Well you need to count the number of days that have passed since your ejaculated in her vagina. Then that is equal to the number of days that the girl is pregnant. Many doctors will count the pregnancy due date based upon the girl's last menstrual period, so it may not exactly be that same day that you inseminated her. Unless you are into "red winging" which is another question altogether.

the 2nd answer is wrong, a pregnancy starts from the first day of the last period you can't go from the day the guy ejaculated in her because the sperm doesn't meet with the egg that day is happens days after.
