No - You separated for a reason - you owe it to your son not to screw things up again.. (Depends upon the reason though)

Be content with being friends - it'll be alot harder if it fails this time - both for you & your son...

No. Lets look at this like the Stephen King movie Pet Cometary, weird analogy I know but work with me. When something dies it dies for a reason. If we bring something back, we bring back the problems that were there before it died. Essentially what I am saying is that your relationship ended or died for a reason. You may be feeling warm and fuzzy now as his presence is bringing back feelings. You need to look back on why your relationship ended and really be conscious of the fact that whatever it was will be there should you try and re-kindle things. I say, don't make a move find a new healthy relationship and help your self grow.

DO NOT SETTLE ON THE OLD LOOK FOR THE NEW!

You really have to be careful with this one. Do you still love him or do you not like the fact that you're single? It's great that you now get on, but that doesn't mean anything could start again. The worst thing for your son would be to see mum and dad getting back together then breaking up again. If he's also interested and willing to make things work, you could try. Instead of making a pass, tell him how you feel and see what he says.

You said it...EX...EX...EX!!!
NO...NO...NO!!!
Why is it that people that have made a chioce to get a divorce always refuse to completely let go??? Let it go...move on...find some other guy and hump his brains out!!! Find two guys...three guys...whatever! Just don't get involved with the ex. This isn't Hollywood and it won't end like in the movies with you two getting back together...so just move on already.

Test the ice first, being an ex it's sketchy ground. Drop a hint, see how he reacts, work it out from there.

Take it slow and easy...but yes go for it. just don't go to fast. take a few steps and then give you both time to get comfortable before going further.
