i don't even think he has a nose left. i think he wears a prosthetic. maybe his whole face is a mask. someone should have told him to stop with the plastic surgery. he is addicted. people need to learn to love themselves and stop trying to change themselves to make others happy.

He knew enough that he caused a big stink , to get out of the country before someone else got wise to him .So yes, he has his sense of smell .
