Unfortunately the work place provides a great deal of stress for a lot of people, especially those who take there jobs too serious. I am not saying that people who don't find their jobs stressful aren't serious about their work, perhaps they have found a way to deal with it. Try some realization techniques: go to the park, take your shoes off and walk through the grass........feed the birds, or fish or squirrels, watch people try to guess what their jobs are, read a book for at least 15 minutes a day (it helps take you away to someone else world), get a massage,. All these things helped me when i was a manager of a grocery store chain in Dallas. One more thing when i was at work and things just got to much i took a moment, went out side, took some deep breaths and stretched my shoulder muscles out (i carried my stress there) and calmed myself. Good luck to you and try not to stress out.

What Adult
Isn't Some What Stressed~!
Its Sad, But Now The Teens Are Stressing Out Also.
When I Get Stressed,
That When I Say ,
Time Out.
I Stop Everything,
And Go Relax.
Or I Go Doing Something For Myself.
Everyone Needs A Outlet ~!
Just Have To Find What It Is.

I am stressed as well. My home life is really bringing me down and work just does not move me. The only thing that really trips my trigger is being on my motorcycle and riding. I don't want to get out on my bike unless my head is straight and clear as I got a lot of living to do and don't need to be in an accident.
Stress its all around....

Well, thank goodness, not today. Just remember there are only so many hours in the day and there is only so much you can do during that time. Do your assigned duties, take your breaks and lunch, don't donate your time. Be pleasant and have a positive attitude. Say, "I'm doing my best." If you are a manager, delegate more. Plan a little "Me Time," and do something you enjoy. Make sure you get plenty of exercise, drink a lot of water and don't skip meals or eat junk food.

Stress only comes when a person suffers from the delusion that he/she actually has any control over life. When you learn to let go and let God, you don't need to feel stress, because you know that everything is happening the way is should,,, even if it is not the way you want it to.

I'm only stressed when i breathe. hahaha why are you so stressed from work, my girl is going through the same s.hit. She landed a great job so i told her to give her 2 weeks and wait until the other hospital calls for her orientation. Keep your chin up and exercise, it'll help relieve some.

I had the exact same problem! Believe me, it's not worth suffering. First, I went to a therapist who helped me with coping skills, and finally, I sought a pharmacological solution, i.e., Zoloft. You should talk to your doctor about something along those lines if it's unbearable. It has helped me immeasurably with my stress at work by helping me put things in perspective. Good luck!!

Take some time for you! Leave work at work and do whatever you enjoy. Read a good book, take a bubble bath, go to the spa, have coffee with friends, whatever you enjoy. You can't always get rid of lifes stressors but you can take time away from them and take care of you!
