I'm interested in this as well, i've reported issues to them over the years and never once had a response even acknowledging an issue, let alone a solution!

It's got something to do with Monkeys and their own door step. Very common syndrome in industry and everywhere else for that matter

I've reported problems on the Discussion boards before and they took prompt action to sort things out.

If you feel overlooked, contact them again and explain why.

because Yahoo is a big international mutli million doller/pound/yen
corporation and your just very very very small to them!
